After years as the person Aru always leans on, Claire believes she's the home he'll keep coming back to. To Aru, though, she's only his childhood friend. The day Claire finally decides to confess, Aru announces he's fallen for Claudia, the school's most popular girl. So Claire buries her feelings and survives the only way she can, even becoming his shoulder to cry on when things with Claudia fall apart. Then Aru tries to open his heart to Claire, giving her a second chance. Just as she starts feeling safe, Claudia returns, full of regret. Caught between the lingering pull of first love and the friend who never left, which way will Aru's heart turn? And can Claire bear the thought that she may never have been truly loved?
