Behind a spotless government image, a criminal web secretly runs the trade in drugs, human beings and guns. Alice assembles Organization 15, a covert team of legal, finance, disguise and education specialists plus former special-forces operatives. Their goal sounds simple and is nearly impossible: uncover who truly runs the country before they're wiped out. Following the money leads them to the Dongue cartel and to Wensley's influence over government decisions, while the enigmatic Miss Gabriela appears to sit at the heart of the global black market. Yet some evidence refuses to fit her role as a villain. Mid-investigation, Aunt Emma passes along a secret tip that reveals an even larger conspiracy, and every answer breeds a new question. As Organization 15 nears the truth, they must decide whether to believe the evidence or the very person they've been chasing.
