At a Blackthorn Pack masquerade, interpreter Wren Ashby shares one fateful night with Kade Thornwood—an Alpha cursed to find his true mate before the Blood Moon or lose his throne and connection to the pack. After discovering that Kade is engaged to Lady Sable Ashworth, Wren vanishes without revealing her identity. Five years later, Wren is raising their secret twins, Finn and Briar, whose crescent-shaped birthmarks prove their royal Thornwood blood. While Kade searches the kingdom for the mysterious woman he never forgot, Sable—the architect of his curse—hunts Wren and the children to protect her claim to the throne. When an ambush reunites Wren and Kade, they must expose Sable’s crimes, prove the twins’ bloodline, and survive one final confrontation beneath the Blood Moon. Only then can the curse be broken and their family finally return home.
