Raka Adinata, the CEO of a company that is closing branches and laying off hundreds of workers, trades his suit for worn clothes and moves into a cramped room at Melati Apartments under the name Arga Pratama. There he meets Naya, a floor manager and warehouse worker buried in debt, and takes a job beside her at one of his own subsidiaries. When a ruthless debt collector named Jefri starts threatening her, Raka uncovers abuses inside his company that reach closer to home than he expected.
