In a quiet village far from the capital, Diana finds a young man lying in the sacred house beside an ancient dragon statue, delivered there by a burst of light. He remembers only his name, Neo, and a voice in his dreams urging him to find the Demon King. Taken in by Diana's family, Neo registers as a low-ranked adventurer, accepts a challenge from the arrogant Dante and receives a mysterious crystal, while hidden powers and black-robed figures begin to stir around him.
