Chapter 4

Rangga wanted only one thing: to heal. To get away from his messy life, retreat into the mountains, and clear his head. But his plan collapsed right away when he came across a naked man who had just been hit by lightning, calmly claiming to be a martial artist. His name was Wira. And to Rangga—a psychology student—he was clearly hallucinating, delusional, and schizophrenic. Until Wira halted the rain. Beat a gang of thugs without breaking a sweat. And even healed someone. Rangga's grasp of logic started to fall apart. And it didn't stop there. Agung eagerly joined the training despite hardly knowing what he was doing, while Putra abruptly "leveled up" into a makeshift shaman, making everything even more ridiculous. Stuck between reason and things that shouldn't be possible, Rangga faced one big question: Was any of this real? Or was there just an explanation he hadn't figured out yet? Would Rangga come to believe in kanuragan—the mystical supernatural martial arts—or would he expose the secrets behind it all through logic?
