THE OVERLOOKED PRINCESS Her whole life, Elara Celestine Alaric knew she was never anyone's first pick. In the Kingdom of Asteria, the finest of everything always went to her older sister, Mayalyn Aurelia Alaric—the lovely, adored first princess who always got her way. And Elara? She learned to stay silent. Learned not to ask for anything. Learned to place others' happiness above her own. Until an arranged marriage transformed their lives. Mayalyn was promised to Alexander Caelum Valerian, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Thalassery, a sea kingdom renowned for its riches and grandeur. Elara was there only as the bride's younger sister. She expected nothing. Not from her new family. Not from the sea kingdom. And certainly not from the prince. But when the Asterian delegation reached Thalassery, something Elara had never dreamed of happened. For the first time in her life, someone noticed her. Not as Mayalyn's younger sister. Not as the second princess always left behind. Not as someone easy to ignore. But as Elara. And even more dangerous... that someone was the prince meant to belong to her sister. Perhaps Elara had never been unworthy of being chosen. Perhaps she simply hadn't met someone who truly wanted to choose her. Because sometimes, the overlooked princess becomes the only princess he wants.
