Stella and Mayra finally reached the Student Council room. Several Student Council members who had arrived earlier were already inside. The two of them sat beside several members of the publicity and documentation division, who were each busy on their phones.
The room wasn't too noisy since only a few people had shown up. Several chairs were still empty.
A little while later, Rayyan, the Student Council president, stood up while reading from the notes on his phone. "Okay, let's get started," he said.
Everyone who was there immediately focused on him.
Rayyan then explained that the school would soon be holding its anniversary celebration, so the Student Council would be organizing a school bazaar as part of the event lineup.
"We need to start preparing the bazaar concept, booth assignments, decorations, publicity, and the other schedules," Rayyan explained as he looked over his notes.
Mayra began writing down several important points, while Stella focused more on the parts related to the publicity and documentation division's duties.
"There aren't many people here yet, so we can't finalize every decision today," Rayyan said with a soft sigh. He then continued, "The preliminary meeting results and task assignments will be shared later through the Student Council group message so the people who couldn't attend will still know."
Stella and Mayra nodded in understanding, even though neither of them had really wanted to come in the first place.
