Eclipse of Shared Pain

Three days before the prophesied duel between the South Continent's Blood Prince and the North's Ice Saintess, an amused immortal binds them with a Twin Pain Oath, so that any wound to body or heart is felt equally by both. The two enemies must hide the bond from clans eager to exploit it, hunt down the immortal who caused it, and survive an Eclipse battle that can no longer be settled with a simple kill. The opening arc follows the Saintess as hatred slowly turns into reliance, closing with the reveal that the Blood Prince chose to pay for the oath on purpose.
