Efren and the Sanctuary of Players

"In a world with no Respawn, knowledge is the final line of defense." After dying in a tragedy, Efren wakes up with the soul of Andi—a veteran of Tales From Players who has known this world for almost ten years. The catch is, he wakes up two years before the Players are meant to appear. With the Sanctuary of Players, an archive holding the experiences of Players from the future, Efren now knows what is supposed to happen. Monsters. Dungeons. War. Even secrets not yet revealed. As long as this world really is Tales From Players, Efren holds the future as his weapon. But what if he has been wrong about this world from the very beginning? ---- Note: The story and writing are still in an early draft. The overall direction and plot won't change much, but there will be revisions here and there.
