Singles of the Bertasbih Program

Raka Pratama has spent far too long giving love advice to everyone else. He can explain how to find a life partner, keep communication alive, and even make a prayer sound poetic—sadly, he has never managed to follow his own advice. When the mosque community starts the Bertasbih community program for singles, Raka meets Nisa, a woman who isn't easily won over by jokes or advice. Instead, Nisa notices what Raka has been hiding all along: the fear that he will never be good enough to be loved. Amid chaotic ta'aruf sessions, families far too eager to help, social projects, and prayers that quietly become hopes, they learn that being single is nothing to be ashamed of, marriage isn't a race, and love doesn't always come only once someone is perfect. Because sometimes, before finding a life partner, a person must first make peace with themselves.
