In Javanese legend, the Laweyan curse dooms a woman to bury every man she takes as a lover; after sharing her bed a few times, each one dies without warning. Rumiyati has no idea she bears this curse until her husband is discovered dead, his genitals gone blue. Who placed the curse on her, and is there any way for Rumiyati to escape it?
