Not long afterward, the sound of a car stopping in the yard could be heard.
After making sure Stella had eaten and taken her medicine, and seeing that the day was beginning to turn toward evening, Rayyan decided to head home. He gathered his things before getting up from his chair, then left Stella's room. When he reached the living room, he ran into Stella's parents. "Uncle, Auntie, I'm going home now," he said as he took his leave. "All right, Yan. Thanks for visiting Ella," Mr. Harto said. "Of course, Uncle. You're welcome," he replied. "Be careful on the way. Your house is next to the neighborhood association head's house," Ms. Sarah said with a smile. "Yes, Auntie," he said with a nod.
A little while after Rayyan left, Mr. Harto went into his daughter's room. His gaze fell on the small table beside the bed, where the empty food container sat. "Did you eat?" he asked. Stella nodded slowly. Mr. Harto then glanced at the wall clock. "Have you showered yet, Ella?" he asked.
"Not yet, Dad," Stella murmured, resting her head against the headboard. Mr. Harto only gave a brief nod without saying anything else. After that, Stella pulled the blanket up to her chest and closed her eyes.
That night, after her body began to feel a little better, Stella opened her laptop again. She still remembered Rayyan's explanation from that afternoon. She started working through each part of the design that needed to be fixed. Even though her head still felt a little heavy, Stella finished everything. Once she was satisfied with the result, she saved the design and immediately sent it to the Student Council group.
Here's the revised design from earlier. Please check it, and let me know if anything still needs to be revised.
Not long afterward, the design was sent, and several members began looking over the revisions. Responses came into the group one by one, and this time, not a single person asked for any changes. Stella stared at her laptop screen for a while, making sure there were no additional messages. Once she was certain everything was settled, she let out a relieved breath. Then she closed the laptop, lay back down in bed, and closed her eyes.
