At twenty-nine, Han Ji-an marries the perfect man her mother chose for her. The instant she says yes, she locks eyes with her first love across the wedding hall and is thrown back into her nineteen-year-old self, on the very day she first met him. Ji-an decides to cut off fate before it can take root again, but the boy she remembers never fighting for her now reaches for her with a desperation that shouldn't be possible. When he reveals that he too has returned, their old love becomes a debt neither of them can repay cleanly. Then the husband she abandoned at the altar sends a message from that same past.
