Descendants of Survivors

For twenty years, seamstress Evelyn Grace has kept her scarred hands busy so she will never have to remember Black Hollow Plantation, where her name was once recorded beside the word SIN. Then, on a rain-soaked night, a woman knocks on her door carrying a name Evelyn swore she had forgotten. As her daughter Sarah uncovers the truth hidden in an old plantation ledger, mother and daughter are drawn into a fight for justice against the powerful Whitmore family, one that will decide whether they are remembered as sinners or as survivors.
