My Sickly Ward Became the Vampire Progenitor

Brynn Holloway, the strongest Pyre-ranked Wick in the mist-shrouded city of Vellmarch, takes temporary custody of Emrys Vale, a sickly half-vampire so frail she has to carry him up the stairs. But when an Elder’s rooftop is torn apart and the gift she gave Emrys is found shattered at the scene, Brynn must race against time to prove his innocence—only to discover that the weakest boy she has ever protected possesses a power capable of bringing every vampire to their knees.
