Possession

When gallery mogul Julian Mercer offers photographer Sophia Blake an extraordinary eighteen month commission, the fine print demands something rarer than money: his full, undivided attention to her process, and hers to him. Across a Chelsea studio, a Lyon workshop, and a Paris gallery, the line between the work he is building and the woman building it blurs until neither can pretend it was ever truly separate. As their collection nears its gallery debut, Sophia and Julian must decide whether what they have found under the weight of all that looking is a professional triumph, a private one, or, finally, both at once.
