Undead Outbreak in Saigon

Son, Vy, My and Long grew up together in a narrow alley in Ho Chi Minh City and promised never to be split apart. Ten years later, a mysterious fever turns people into biting corpses that keep moving after death, and the four friends fight their way to Cho Ray Hospital for records tracing the outbreak back to the port. A stranger's map then leads them to Bach Long Island, where armed men are set on burning a laboratory that may hold the truth.
