RESET is a psychological sci-fi thriller about memory, trauma, identity, and the dangerous line between healing the human mind and controlling it.
Nora Lindqvist once believed technology could free people from unbearable psychological pain. Her research led to T2, an immersive simulated world designed to suppress traumatic memories. But when she discovers that her work has been transformed into something far more dangerous, she steals evidence and attempts to expose the truth. Instead, she is captured and placed inside the system she helped create.
Within T2, Nora no longer knows she is Nora. She awakens as Ylva, a warrior protecting an isolated village from mysterious creatures lurking in a supernatural forest. Death does not free her. Each failure simply begins another session, another identity, and another attempt to erase what remains of her real memories.
But the resets are no longer working.
Fragments of London, unfamiliar names, impossible technology and memories from lives she should never remember begin bleeding into the simulation. As Nora searches for a way out, she discovers an even more disturbing truth: every attempt to defeat the system may actually be teaching it how to become stronger.
Trapped between manufactured realities and a past someone desperately wants her to forget, Nora must reconstruct her identity before the technology created to erase human suffering learns how to rewrite humanity itself.
