Doctor, Say Yes

“Doc, let’s get married!” One reckless sentence, directed at a stranger with a tongue as sharp as poison. Binar’s life is in ruins. Her father cheated on her mother, then ran off to Saudi Arabia. Her heartbroken mother remarried. And Binar herself? She was nothing more than a puppet, “forced” to live under her mom’s roof. Binar hugs herself and keeps moving, even as she staggers beneath the burden of the mental-health condition left behind by her parents’ divorce. Then she meets Davin, a doctor whose words are as sharp as a razor. Binar needs a shield.
